Cylinder head bolt torque:
Center 6 large bolts (M15x1.56gx165) – 130 nm (95 ft-lb) + 90deg turn + 90deg turn
Outer 4 smaller bolts (M12x1.56gx165) – 65 nm (48 ft-lb) + 90deg turn + 60deg turn

Valve Clearance:
Intake valve: .25mm (.010 in)
Exhaust Valve .5mm (.020 in)

RISKS OF DAMAGE DURING ASSEMBLY:
Debris in the head bolt holes will cause the bolts to prematurely reach the specified torque, resulting in a blown head gasket or cracked block.
Improperly lowering the head could damage the head gasket.
BEFORE INSTALLING HEAD: 
Clean the threads of all the holes for the head bolts in the block to help achieve proper head bolt clamping force. 
Thoroughly clean all head and deck surfaces. Be sure head gasket is clean and dry.
WHILE INSTALLING HEAD:
Ensure the head gasket is oriented correctly. Gently lower the head taking care not to get any contaminants on the head surface. Thread bolts into available holes and use these for handling.
