The company grew and evolved, as did the FPT / Fiat Powertrain / Iveco engine products. While initially focused on the pre-tier emissions 8000 series models, the current engine models, F5, Nef, and Cursor, are certified to tier 4 and/or stage 5 emissions level.

HooverTec is prepared to serve, regardless of the age of your engine, because your operation’s success depends on your machinery’s dependability. FPT-trained and certified technicians are ready to perform diagnostics and repairs on your FPT / Fiat Powertrain / Iveco diesel engine or generator.

A capable team behind you

HooverTec’s service team is committed to preventive maintenance and proactive repairs to mitigate emergency downtime. But, if an emergency breakdown occurs, we are ready. Onsite service is available, served from an equipped service vehicle, or from one of our service facilities. Our FPT service department is backed by our FPT parts department’s depth of inventory.
 
Services include FPT-specific diesel engine diagnostics, exhaust after-treatment system diagnostics, failure analysis, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
We have a fleet of heavily equipped service vehicles to take our techs to your location for emergency repairs, installation, and diagnosis. Many times, our tech is equipped to get you up and running on the spot. Our state-of-the-art facilities and competent techs are the go-to for regional diesel & electric generator services, and complete engine rebuilds.
