We were doing a renovation project for a vet hospital and needed a back-up generator. HooverTec has great customer service. I just really appreciate when people are happy to answer questions and always answer the phone. It’s nice to get answers when you’re looking for them. I would definitely call them again if I would ever have a similar situation.

HooverTec put in a standby generator for my chicken house. Everything that they said they would do, they did. They knew their stuff. I’d recommend them for their quality of work and the knowledge they have of their generators.

After my initial call to HooverTec, they did all the behind the scenes work to figure out how many kilowatts my system would take. It was a professional way to go about it. That was outstanding to me. Their guys weren’t loud or rude or anything like that — they just did their thing, and it was right when it was done.

I’ve known HooverTec for at least 30 years. They’re very knowledgeable in the tech/engine world and very thorough with what they’re doing and understanding what we need. They listen to what you’re looking for, and, even though they have certain brands they handle, they’re not pushy about trying to sell you a certain brand.
