Crankshaft: Fits New Holland Skid Steer, Case Skid Steer, Iveco Engine, FPT Engine
Torque Specs:
Main bearing cap bolt: 50 nm (36ft-lbs) + 80 nm (60ft-lbs) + 90 deg turn
w/o Reluctor Wheel
Risks of damage during assembly:
Damaging the journal surfaces when lowering crankshaft into place
Installing mismatched main bearing caps
Before installing crankshaft:
Apply assembly lube to the main bearing halves in the block.
When installing crank:
Using a crane hoist to set the crank in place by threading a bolt in either end of the crank, hook a sling on the bolts and lower it slowly, taking care to prevent crank damage.
After crank is in place:
After installing the main bearings in the caps, apply assembly lube and install them on the correct journals in the block. Using new main bolts, oil the threads and friction surface with SAE30 oil.
